About RDI

Founded in 1970 by current president and owner Carl Romenesko, Romenesko Developments, Inc. has been in the construction industry for over 40 years in the Fox Valley area.  In his earlier years, activities were mainly concentrated on residential construction, though over the past 25 years Romenesko Developments, Inc. (RDI) has expanded into building commercial properties to own and lease.  Presently, the total leased space controlled by RDI and its partnerships is in excess of 400,000 sq. ft. with locations throughout the Appleton area and in Green Bay.

During the first 15 years of business, Romenesko Developments was primarily a residential home builder.  Along with building new residences, both for new homeowners and on speculation, RDI also amassed a collection of over fifty duplex rental units in the Fox Valley area.  Currently, RDI builds approximately 4-6 new homes each year.

In 1973 RDI invested in its first subdivision and have had interests in many others since.  Currently, RDI controls nearly 200 developed lots around in the Fox Valley area along with nearly 400 acres in surrounding areas.

As of the last 25 years or so, Romenesko Developments has become a reputable commercial builder/developer in the Fox Valley area.  The first commercial building was constructed in 1985 in Appleton where its current office is located.  Over the past 25+ years, a variety of different office/warehouse spaces have been constructed in Appleton, Kimberly, Neenah, Grand Chute, Kaukauna, and Green Bay totaling approximately 400,000 square feet of leased space around the Fox Valley.
